Discuss a programThe Firm Foundation is a nonprofit initiative empowering the next generation through financial literacy. Through hands-on education, mentorship, and real-world financial skills, we help students, athletes, and underserved communities build confidence and create opportunities for their future.

We believe financial education should be a foundation every young person has the opportunity to build on. Understanding money can help them make confident decisions today and create more possibilities for tomorrow.
Our five pillars connect financial literacy, spiritual growth and values, health and wellness, personal development, and family enrichment. Because the confidence to manage money, the strength to care for ourselves, and the support of a community all shape the lives we build.
We support the whole person. Each pillar connects to the next, helping individuals and families build a life with purpose, stability, and belonging.Select a pillar to explore ↓
Financial literacy that helps people make informed decisions, build healthy money habits, and plan for the future.
A foundation of faith, integrity, and purpose that guides how we live, lead, and serve others.
Education and encouragement to care for physical, mental, and emotional well-being and build sustainable daily habits.
Mentorship and personal development that help people build confidence, discover their strengths, and grow into leaders.
Stronger relationships, meaningful community connections, and a commitment to passing knowledge, values, and opportunity to the next generation.

Education creates a starting point. Mentorship helps people move forward. Community gives that growth a place to take root.
Across our five pillars, we’re building opportunities for individuals and families to learn, connect, and create a stronger future together. This is where we’ll share the work as it happens and the families it reaches.
Unique families reached through our work.
Completed programs, counted once each.
Totals reflect recorded activity and refresh as new figures are published. Each family is counted once, even when they participate more than once.
Be part of the workThrough Lana’s work with the Wright Way Foundation at Rainier Beach High School in Seattle, students completed a six-week financial-literacy program. They presented what they learned to family and friends, with KJ Wright joining the celebration. Parents then asked for appointments to continue the conversation.
This partnership experience helps shape The Firm Foundation’s vision. Its results will only be included in the counters when the totals and scope have been confirmed.
Your school, your organization, or your experience could be the beginning of someone else’s next step.
